Sudzer® BL Nozzle Installation
Installing the Sudzer® BL Tri Nozzles
®
1) Locate the six Sudzer BL Tri Nozzles, as shown below. The two nozzles that were installed
to verify height clearance will need to be removed from the Air Plenum.
®
Note: When installing the Sudzer nozzles confirm that the foam gaskets are on the nozzles so a
proper seal can be formed with the Air Plenum.

Helpful Hint
There are two different Media Disks Kits that are supplied. One kit is referred to as the Coarse (screen) and
the other kit is referred to as the 3D Mesh (foam). Start with installing the 3D Mesh style into the nozzles.
3) Insert a 3D Mesh Bubble Media Disk into each Tri
Nozzle and install as follows:
Insert the disk down inside the Tri Nozzle with the
lip on the plastic ring facing up so it creates a bowl
inside the nozzle.
Push the disk into the Tri Nozzle until it stops.
Then using your finger press down on the entire
perimeter of the plastic ring to ensure the disk is
straight and properly seated.
