Chapter 5 Sudzer® BL Maintenance

Routine Procedures
®
Sudzer BL (Daily)
 Inspect the component for clogged nozzles. This can best be done while running a test
vehicle at the start of the business day.
 Insert a thin wire into the nozzle opening to clear any obstructions. Sometimes simply tapping on the nozzle can clear it.
 Inspect the chemical barrel for the amount of chemical remaining, order if necessary.

Sudzer BL (Weekly)
 Inspect bubble media disk screens for debris.

Sudzer BL (Monthly)
 Wash component down with a good degrimer such as Tide laundry detergent and hot water.

 Check the 1/2” long bolts and make sure they are still tight.
