Chapter 4 Sudzer® FM Installation
Sudzer® FM Utilities
Connecting the MixStir® to the Sudzer® FM
At this point, the MixStir® Chemical Delivery System should be in place and operational.
Note: It is recommended that the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device be installed as close to the
®
Sudzer FM as possible to ensure optimal performance.
Note: A minimum of a ½” diameter airline is required for the Compressed Air Feed and the
Chemical Solution Feed.
1) Replace the ¼” elbow fitting on the Regulator of the MixStir® with the supplied ½” elbow
fitting.
2) Run the Compressed Air Line Feed from
Connect Line for MixStir® Air Pump Panel
Compressed Air the Pneumatic Regulator on the MixStir®
out to the passenger side of the bay.
3) Run the Chemical Solution Airline Feed
from the Pump on the MixStir® out to the
passenger side of the bay.

6) Connect the Chemical Solution Feedline
to the Utility Mount Plate Fitting closest to
Connect Line for the entrance side of the Sudzer® and
Chemical Solution connect the Compressed Air Line to the
Utility Mount Plate Fitting closest to the
exit side of the Air Plenum.
7) Turn on the MixStir®, make sure that the solution is spraying out of all six Nozzles properly.
