Electrical Connections: Wall Washers (Light Bars)

Note: For a SpinLite System the Wall Washers WILL be connected to a SpinLite Lighting Panel
therefore a 24VDC Electrical Power Supply WILL NOT be included, refer to the SpinLite
Lighting Panel Manual to make the proper electrical connections for the Wall Washers.

1) Included with the Sudzer® FM is an electrical enclosure with a 24VDC power supply to be
used to power the Wall Washers, mount this enclosure in the backroom or connect the Wall
Washers to a SpinLite Panel if purchased.
2) The two electrical wires that are coming out of the cord grips on the passenger side of the Air
Plenum are for the Wall Washers. These wires are to be routed and connected to the 24VDC
power supply.

when choosing wiring materials and when
routing electrical wires.

Note: The Wall Washers should have a separate
electrical output so that they may be
programmed separately from the Chemical
Wire for PS Delivery Device and the Inline Fan.

3) For proper wiring inside of the 24VDC Power Supply Enclosure refer to the Wire Diagram
provided.
4) Connect the 24VDC Power Supply to an output on the car wash controller.
5) Locate the quick electrical connectors that are coming out of the Wall Washers and Air
Plenum. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease on the socket side of the connectors.
6) Connect the electrical plug from the Wall Washers into the electrical receptors coming out of
the Air Plenum, as shown in the image below.

7) Wrap the connections with electrical tape to protect them from the car wash elements

8) Using the controller, turn on the Wall Washers to make sure they are working properly.
