Chapter 4 Sudzer® FM Installation

Sudzer® FM Utilities

Electrical Connections: Optional LED Output Nozzles

Note: For a SpinLite System the LED Nozzles WILL be connected to a SpinLite Lighting Panel
therefore a 24VDC Electrical Power Supply WILL NOT be included, refer to the SpinLite
Lighting Panel Manual to make the proper electrical connections for the LED Nozzles.

1) If the option to have RGB LED Nozzles was selected there will be an electrical enclosure with
a 24VDC 5.5A power supply to power the LED in the nozzles, mount this enclosure in the
backroom.
2) Run the Main Power Cable for the LED Nozzles from the Power Enclosure out to the Sudzer®
and through the center cord grip at the top of the Air Plenum.

3) Loosen the three fasteners on the Utility Plate and pull the Utility Plate out of the Air Plenum
slightly to gain access to the Wire Harness for the LED Nozzles, as shown below.

Note: The Chemical Solution and
Compressed Airlines connecting the
Utility Manifold to the Nozzles have been
removed for clarity.

4) Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the receptor on the Wire Harness then connect
the Main Power Cable to the Wire Harness Assembly, as shown above.
5) Reassemble the Utility Plate to the Air Plenum.

6) Using the Controller, turn on the RGB LED Nozzles to make sure they are working properly.
