Transportation
Due to age, we recommend replacing the current electrical and HVAC
systems at the Smoky Hill Central Transportation Terminal, as they are
inefficient and do not function properly.
This structure was built in Cherry Creek at a time when fewer employees
occupied the central transportation facility. For safety and efficiency,
we recommend redesigning this building to accommodate the 180-200
employees that access the building each work day.
