have and deal with.
Be specific:
Before attempting to expand your brand with employees, you need to know exactly:
• What you are looking for in an employee
• What you will and won’t accept
• What your incentive package will look like
This will save you time and money with placing anybody in your truck. Again, this is a person
that will be representing your brand and they need to understand what that looks like. The last
thing you want is to hire someone that’s settle in the way that they want to handle things. This
type of employee is a sure headache and can latterly make you or break you.
