Task – Views on sheets

Purpose: To understand how views are inserted on sheets

1. Navigate to the created Sheet in Project Browser

2. Then pull the floor plan over to Sheet from Project Browser

3. If there are corrections in a View, it can be done directly from a Sheet:

Select the drawing and select Activate View

For example, change scale ratio and visual style
To deactivate the View, double-click outside the drawing or right-click and
select Deactivate View in the menu

4. If the title and View Name is not desired or needs to be edited, it can be
highlighted and either another type can be selected in Properties or click
Edit Type and configure it.

Additional Task – Sheet List

Purpose: To understand how a sheet list is created

1. Create a sheet list / Sheet List via

View ► Create ► Schedules ► Sheet List

2. Add the required fields to the form in the dialog box
