View Templates

Mapping custom View templates

When these adjustments are made, it is important to ensure that the template uses these when
creating new Views - and that the new View templates are also applied to existing Views.

Right-click View

Here are 2 choices

Apply Template Properties
Adds the properties of an existing View template
to this View.
This is not set on Viewet properties, but only
added right now, at this moment.

Create View Template from View:
Creates a View Template with settings from the
selected View.

In View Properties
Here, the desired View Template is attached to
the current View.

If a View Template is attached to View Properties,
Visibility / Graphic Overrides are locked and
graphical changes must be made in the View
Template.

View Template applied to new Views:
Ability to add View Template to Type Properties
on Views.

New Views are dependent on template:
If there is a check mark, all new Views that are
created will then use this template.

NOTE:
When in Type Property, the check maek in "New Views is dependent on template" is created
and a new Floorplan View is created using View ► Create ► Plan Views ► Floorplan will be
the View Template Locked to View and can not be corrected in Visibility / Graphic Overrides. .
TIP! View Templates can be assigned to a View Schedule.
