COLUMNS

          Task-Columns

Purpose: to understand how columns are created, modeled and placed:

          1. Navigate to (01) Stue in the project browser and click
               Column tool
               Architecture ► Build ► Column ► Column:
               Architectural

          2. The columns must be modeled with type
               M_Round_Column - 305mm Diameter

Type is not yet in the project and must therefore be loaded
first. This is done by clicking on the Load Family i Context
               Tab

Then navigate to the file M_Round_Column.rfa in the
folder Kursusfiler and click on Open.
Now the Family is loaded into your project and can
subsequently be selected as the type of Properties

          3. Now place the columns as shown in the following illustration.

               Søjlerne i modul E2, E3 and E4 should go from (01) Stue to (02) 1. sal.
They can be copied to the floor above through the Copy / Paste Aligned to Selected
               Levels

Columns in modul C6 and C8 are placed in a double-high space and at Option Bar or in
Properties they should be set to go from ”(01) Stue” to ”(04) Tag A”
