Introduction

Nanny’s kitchen project failure for many reasons,

one of that is communication one of the most

important tools to reach people in a digital world.

Nowadays it is many ways to express ourselves.

Most people think that the ability to express is the

same as communicate. However, they are complete

different abilities. In this case of study the owner is

not transmitting a message, he is only expressing

itself, telling us what is from inside of him out.

The Nanny’s Kitchen project is an excellent example

of lack of communication and creativity. In the

report will determine all failed aspects and how

Nanny’s Kitchen should approach the problem using

some tools from design thinking having a successful

outcome.
