MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITY
RULES AND REGULATIONS
These rules and regulations are for your protection, welfare, and convenience
and are not meant to unreasonably restrict anyone's freedom. They have
been carefully considered and set forth for the benefit and pleasure of all
Homeowners. These rules have been developed and will be enforced as a
means to maintain this community as an attractive, desirable place to live.
Your cooperation in observing them will be greatly appreciated.
These rules and regulations are consistent with the provisions of the
California Mobilehome Residency Law (Civil Code Section 798-799.6), and
are attached to all rental agreements between Homeowners / residents, and
the community owners. Violation of these rules and regulations constitutes
cause for eviction pursuant to section 798.56 (d) of the Civil Code. These
rules and regulations may be changed from time to time without the consent
of the Homeowners upon proper notice pursuant to Civil Code Section
798.25.
Enforcement of the Community Rules and Regulations shall be performed by
Management. However, Homeowner shall first attempt to reach a reasonable
resolution of any problems or complaints regarding other Homeowners before
Management is asked to take any enforcement action. Any enforcement
action requested of management must be in writing using a Homeowner
Incident form or Homeowner Objection form.
By entering into a rental agreement or lease with the community owners, each
Homeowner agrees that these rules and regulations are reasonable. Owner
shall be represented by its community manager vested with all the legal rights
and authority to enforce the rules and regulations on behalf of the owner.
