These Excellence awards are testaments to Frank’s tired less efforts for La
Cabana to be a safe environment for our associates, owners and guests. Frank
gives many environmental and safety lectures during the year to all our
associates and prepares us for the safety audits. In our resort many cleaning
and operational substances are used that could be harmful if not used properly.
He brings constantly awareness and tips amongst our associates that they can
use not only at work but in their daily lives at home. With Frank’s experience
and endured commitment La Cabana is worth our prestigious awards.
La Cabana and Aruba depends on Frank’s expertise and dedication since he is a
master for us to continue to improve in many key areas like:

As a volunteer Frank is involved in many environmental groups and efforts
like beach and coastal clean-up, community projects for school and elderly
homes just to name a few; always with a positive and friendly outlook and
convinces anyone to participate for the good cause. Frank has the honor in his
24 years with La Cabana to carry the titles of Associate of the Year, Supervisor
of the Year, Manager of the Year and a well-deserved Shoco award winner.
