Frank enjoys sharing his passion with others and including his associates in community
projects whenever possible. Frank is also the Chair Person of La Cabana’s Safety and Green &
Health Committee. His role allows him to spread his wisdom and passion across the entire
property. As the key player in the committee Frank consistently follows through on his
commitments ensuring the safety and well-being of all associates as well as our
environment. He enjoys paying special tribute to the youth and their sense of commitment to
our planet’s evolution.

Delano Frank Sabajo is:
-A certified HVAC technician
-A certified Safety Inspector by DTI for La Cabana. (graduated cum laude).
-A Certified ISO 9001 QA lead auditor
-AHATA Environmental Committee Member & Advisor

Frank is a valued associate that consistently contributes to the success of the entire Resort.
His passion, dedication, loyalty, enthusiasm, leadership is much evident in numerous
