               Dear Judging Committee,


               It is my sincere pleasure to introduce Ms. Jeanette Brooks as the Supervisor of the Year
               nominee for the AHATA Excellence Award 2019.


               Jeanette Brooks started 24 years ago as an Activities Coordinator and has developed
               herself into the successful F&B Coordinator she is today. Following, find the career
               journey of Jeanette Brooks at La Cabana:

               Jeanette plays an instrumental role in the F&B department. She is well known for her
               professionalism, positive attitude, customer focus and for her ability to multi-task.

               Throughout the years Jeanette has shown to be the liaison between the F&B Department
               and the rest of the Resort. She can handle almost anything that comes her way. She
               coordinates the F&B Banquette, the F&B operation together with the management
               team. She can also work in almost all areas of her department. Jeanette is a firm
               believer of our company’s Purpose, Values and Mission. She leads by example and
               possesses great communication skills. Jeanette leads with an open-door policy and due
               to her great listening skills, she has become the go to person for her department.  She

               recognizes the importance of having the Standard Operating Procedures in place and
               the consistency in service. She constantly inspires her team to perform to their best by
               encouraging trainings, coaching and have her team believe in the company purpose
               “We Create Memorable Vacations”.
