Pathways

Skills for employment are important for all students. The Pathways Department provides
tailor-made opportunities for students to link their learning with employment and tertiary
education. Employers value these experiences. Research shows that students with employer
engagements are more likely to experience employment success as they move from
               education to work.

Courses in the Pathways Programme can be Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 or a
combination of levels. Standards gained contribute to NCEA. Standards achieved at a higher
level can be counted towards the current year’s certificate and to the level in which they are
               gained.
