        ing in a Digital Age. Bates provides a good brief overview of the history of educa-
        tional technology, with a uniquely Canadian perspective.


        Bates (2015) also provides a good overview of the most common modes of de-
        livery of education using technology. Skim through the key points in “Chapter 9:
        Modes of Delivery”
