Digital Signature








          The Basics

          Before starting– make sure you have your documents in PDF form saved to your computer


          1.  Login to Skyslope and select Digital Signature

          2.  Select “New Envelope” in green on the left



          3. If you have the property entered into Skyslope—select the property on the list. If you do

          not– select “No Property”

          4. Upload the appropriate document—press “Next”






          5. Select “New Recipient” and enter the client’s name and email. Assign them their role–

          most likely going to be purchaser or seller

          6. Make sure that their name transfers to the right under “Who Signs First”

                 A. The circle next to their information will need to be checked—it will be blue


                 B. You can have multiple names/emails under “Who Signs First” only one PDF will be

                 completed with all signatures.

          7. Watch the video on how to select who signs where– it will save a lot of stress

          8. Put signatures, dates, initials in their places– press Next


          9. You can write an email to your clients– and then send off email

          10. You will be automatically notified when this is completed via email.
