             the kitchen’s signatures in canapé
             form and free-fl ow Perrier-Jouët
             champagne. Before the awards
             ceremony, guests were treated to
             the premiere of a unique Hong
             Kong Tatler-produced video
             highlighting the best dishes of the
             year, titled The Tatler Tasting,
             in celebration of the new Top 20
             restaurants. Eminent chefs Richard
             Ekkebus, Hideaki Sato and Chan
             Yan-tak were all seen mingling with
             fellow industry friends.
