While initially just wanting to
experiment with a complex hairstyle,
Lars found himself becoming drawn
into the subject, reading up on the
history and customs of geishas. Lars
found himself returning to the project
in his spare time, and what started out
as a quick experiment ended up taking
six months to complete.
Lars works as a modeller for ILM,
Singapore. But his lack of production
experience with lighting models meant
he spent a bit of time experimenting
with solutions, before settling on an
HDRI setup. This project was also the
first time he used MarvelousDesigner
and V-Ray.
