1 SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SMOKED SALMON

            PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES SERVES 4
            Make the Basic Scrambled Eggs as recipe directs (see page 102). Spoon onto
            toast. Top with 100g torn smoked salmon slices and 1 tablespoon chopped dill
            sprigs. Serve with lemon wedges. Sprinkle with black pepper.
