           Edible ink decorating
           pens are available from
              cake decorating
           suppliers (in a range of
            colours), or you can
           use small letter cutters
           and red gum paste to
           cut out the messages.
              These are also
            available from cake
            decorating suppliers.
               −−−−−−−−−−
            To make raspberry
            puree, you will need
            ¼ cup (60g) fresh or
            frozen raspberries; if
            you use frozen, thaw
            them first. Blend or
            process raspberries
             until smooth, then
            push through a sieve
            to remove the seeds.

           Add about ¼ teaspoon
            tylose powder to the
            fondant to speed up
           the drying process. It’s
            available from cake
            decorating suppliers.

                          airtight container for up to 3 days.
