Sesame Tuna with Edamame Salad continued

                       4.  Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
                         Sear the tuna for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or to the desired
                         doneness. Remove the cooked tuna from the pan.
                       5.  Add the marinade mixture to skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or
                         until the sauce is thickened. Serve with the tuna.
                       To make the edamame salad:
                       1.  In a large bowl, stir together edamame, cabbage, bell pepper,
                         carrot, and cilantro.
                       2.  In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, sesame oil, and
                         tamari. Pour the dressing over the salad, tossing to coat.
                       3. Serve the salad alongside the tuna and sauce.

                       Serves 4. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 5 minutes. Total time: 20 minutes.
