To make the frosting:
1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer
until creamy. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract; beat until
combined.
2. Spread the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.
3. Store leftover cupcakes in an airtight container for up to 3 days
at room temperature.
