        Age Slows Things Down, A Little




        I strongly encourage a slow walk – forget jogging;   it’s hard on the knees and joints.

        On your first day, just walk SLOWLY . . . ONCE around the block slowly will be just great.

        Walk at normal speed – don’t be in a hurry – speed doesn’t get you anywhere faster . . . except to the hospital.
        Look at the trees and flowers.  Wave at people you meet.  Enjoy yourself.  Soon, they’ll be waving back.

        Walk every day.  Take an umbrella if it’s raining a little.  Don’t accept excuses not to go.


                        A Slow Walk IS NOT “EXERCISE” Because You’ll Enjoy It.






























        Very soon, all your aches and pains will have disappeared – mine sure did – arthritis included.

        Size 4 coming up sooner than you think.  (But please stop looking in the mirror, it takes a bit longer than that.)

        The less you think about it, the faster it will happen.   I Promise.
        BUT REMEMBER – walking/jogging won’t reduce your weight – only Eating Once-A-Day AT BEDTIME will.

                 Walking tones your body – Eating less slims your body.
