        Once-A-Day Plans Are NOT New

Numerous others, including Doctors, have proven this program. (See PAGE: 141) But detractors, like the food
processing industry, have lobbied against it because it will harm their sales. And they’re a powerful group.

Today, things are changing. Governments & Medical Societies are now acutely aware of the massive harm
SUGAR & Obesity are doing to health insurance and the population and our personal as well as national health
& economies – with much worse to come as obesity rates of our children increase so rapidly as shown below.

In 2010, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office reported that nearly 20 percent of the increase in
U.S. health care spending (from 1987-2007) was caused by obesity.

Annual health costs related to obesity in the U.S. are nearly $210 Billion annually, and nearly 21 percent
of medical costs in the U.S. can be attributed to obesity.
Researchers estimate that if obesity trends continue, obesity-related medical costs, could rise by $43 to
$66 billion each year in the U.S. 2030, making obesity medical costs $1.1 to $1.6 TRILLION annually.

The per capita medical spending is $2,741 higher for people with obesity than for normal weight people.

Full-time workers in the U.S. who are overweight or obese and have other chronic health conditions, miss
an estimated 450 million additional days of work each year compared with healthy workers-- resulting in
an estimated cost of more than $153 billion in lost productivity annually, according to a 2011 Gallup Poll.
Medical expenses for obese employees are 42 percent higher than for a person with a healthy weight,

according to the Centers for Disease Control. What Part of Insanity Do We Not Understand ?

The failure of conventional plans including diets & bariatric surgery, is forcing Doctors to take a more objective
enlightened look at the alternatives such as Eat Once-A-Day AT BEDTIME. It’s PROVEN, Healthy & Enjoyable.
