th
YUP – that us – on our 20 anniversary – pizza was great. I’m almost 80, Gail’s almost 70.
The very good news for me is that for years, Gail was a Registered Nurse in the operating room of The Hospital
for Sick Children in Toronto. She very much helped write AND EDIT this book. What she saw in the operating
room, along with my own experience as an obese person, caused us to write this book.

P.S. In this photo Gail’s BMI is 19 (weight 118 pounds and height 5’ 6”) simply by Eating
Once-A-Day AT BEDTIME and walking to and from the coffee shop instead of watching TV.
Anyone can do that . . . and live a much longer and happier life, as we BOTH do.
