                                                       Obesity And CHEATING




        All the way through this book, you’ve repeatedly heard us mention “CHEATING” – on every other page.

        You already know it’s why all the “DIETS” you’ve repeatedly tried have FAILED MISERABLY.

        Dr. Selby’s “LIFESTYLE – Nature’s Healthy Way will fail just as miserably if you eat ANYTHING during the day
        OTHER THAN YOUR FEAST OF CHAMPIONS             HERE’S WHY:

        The more obese you are, the more you crave sugar. (PAGE: 40)  Therefore, the more prone you are to cheat.

        Even ONE Tiny, Little, Itty-Bitty Cookie, Grape, Lettuce Leaf (even Nuts) – they all have Carbs, which is SUGAR.
        Have ONE and you’re DOOMED – because you’ll sneak another – then the whole package – but no one knows.

        I did the same until Dr. Selby saved me. So I know what you are doing – So Does Dr. Selby and St. Peter.

        REMEMBER – That extra food you don’t need is Added Sugar, A NARCOTIC Poison That Will Slowly Kill You.

        For YEARS, my beautiful wife Gail, whom you met on the last page, couldn’t resist “cheating” – “Just A Little”.
        She would go from 114 pounds (her LOW-normal at 5’ 6”) to anywhere up to 140-145, her HIGH-normal
        before she would “repent” and stop eating “as much” of whatever.  (THAT’S A 30 POUND DIFFERENCE.)

        But that usually took a comment from me like “Do you see the “Bat-Wings” on that lady over there ?”

        That usually did the trick.  Then, as she began to “improve”, a few HONEST compliments from me got her the
        rest of the way.  SHE DOES EXACTLY THE SAME TO/FOR ME when I overeat a “few” dinners. (Where do you
        think I learned it – Her mother taught her – very nice, smart ladies ☺ )

        So “CHEATING” is part of the ONGOING process (and so is diplomacy) – you’ll have enormous trouble avoiding
        it – WHICH IS WHY YOU NEED YOUR SUPPORT NETWORK - - - JUST LIKE GAIL & I NEED OURS.

        CHEATING will kill you with Narcotics – the more you have, the more you NEED

                                                                               Your Support Network needs to know
                                                                               the “Rules-Of-The-Game” in order to
                                                                               help you, which is why they need you
                                                                               to loan them this book.
                                                                               HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS:

                                                                               While your weight subsides, your
                                                                               urge to cheat also subsides, BUT NOT
                                                                               ALTOGETHER.  Today, most of my
                                                                               cheating is adding extra at dinner –
                                                                               but that’s usually Natural Food (but
                                                                               not always ☺ )
