        Than Skinny People




        Skinny people only lift ONE fifteen to fifty-pound weight 5 to 20 minutes a day. And they take some days off.
        And they certainly don’t sleep with the equivalent of THREE bags of CEMENT strapped on PERMANENTLY.
          Exercising is for athletes – all you need is a slow short daily walk to clear out the TOXINS (poison) that losing
          excess weight produces.  A slow walk IS NOT “EXERCISE” as we’ll discuss later.  Walking dramatically
          improves your Cardiovascular System (Circulatory System) that helps improve your BRAIN (memory &
          learning) along with ALL other parts of your body.  Your slow walk starts the day after your guaranteed
          weight loss Nature’s Healthy Way begins.      But Wait, You’re not ready to start yet.

        After I lost my excess weight, I ran marathons and
        enjoyed every minute.  I also had a business and family
        to look after and a Scout Pack to run.  My free time was
        nil.  So I gave up watching excess TV and most movies.
        Presto – 2-3 hours’ free time every day.


        Today, 45 years later, at 5’ 11”, I am 153 pounds (BMI
        22) and pain-free.  But people call me skinny.   I guess
        compared to today’s 69% overweight / obesity rate, I
        do look like these “skinny” Normal people.  I have
        enjoyed life pain-free ever since.
