fronts: document scanning, catalogue data input. In addition, we have now started to review the issues that arise

when our library catalogue is made available to the public through our website.

Although a great deal of scanning has already been completed in the past, we are now rethinking the format of

the electronic files. In addition, we will need to add the link for each scanned file with its corresponding entry in

     the library catalogue.

                               Viking Academy - Targeted Training!

We are pleased to introduce our "Viking Academy" Aerostructures Training Program. Successful
applicants are paid during the eight-week program designed to teach basic introductory aerostructures
assembly skills. The curriculum will provide both theoretical instruction in the classroom, and practical
        instruction in our training workshop.
Successful graduates of Viking Academy will become full-time employees of Viking, and begin a
rewarding career learning to assemble hundreds of different aerostructures such as cockpits, wings, and
        cowlings.
        Topics of instruction include:

       Fasteners  Sealants  Structures
        Program Details:

Invitation to the Viking Academy will be based upon the applicant's propensity for working with their
hands, successful completion of mechanical-based aptitude and comprehension testing, and an
interview with Viking management. Successful completion of the program will be based on the
demonstrated skill and ability to learn exhibited during the course of the program, and results of the
final exam. Attitude, punctuality, and attendance during the program will also be prime considerations
for successful completion of the program.

training wage during the course of this eight-week program. Permanent employment will only be
