The Industrial Revolution, from the 18th to 19th centuries, was a period of
tremendous change and growth during which people lived predominantly in
agrarian, rural societies. They left their farms for industrialized, urban cities
in search of opportunity and money.
This was the single most influential economic shift in history which changed
our lives tremendously!
