What equipment does the venue include?

• Do they include standard chairs for ceremony & reception,
floor-length linens, a variety of table shapes & sizes?

• What does the flooring look like, the walls, ceiling, lighting, dance
floor? Do they have portable heaters and/or umbrellas?

If they don’t include items, or you don’t care for the

style of them, you can replace them with rentals but

that can take a big chunk out of your budget!

Renting chairs alone can cost you hundreds if not thousands of

dollars depending on your guest count! What do they provide in the way of place
settings (chargers, china, drinkware,

flatware)? Ask to see samples
