• How many weddings does the venue book per day/per weekend?

• How many weddings or events will your venue coordinator be handling the day of your wedding?

• Are there any renovations or changes planned for the venue between now and your wedding?

Will anything be under construction at the time of your wedding?

• Are there any planned purchases for new equipment before your wedding?

• If you’re looking at a golf or country club venue, will they stop golf cart traffic near your ceremony

space?

• If you’re considering a lawn area, when is the over-seeding scheduled? Will the lawn be green on

your wedding date?
If the venue provides the catering

and bar service, what are the site

fees and food & beverage

minimums for the spaces you are

interested in?

Will they provide a complimentary

tasting for you?

Is their bar service billed on consumption

or only by packages?

Are you required to get your cake

through the venue or can you bring

one in if you choose?
