On 3rd January 2024, we got  off to an exciting start when our
                         enthusiastic team of teachers returned from their Winter vacation.
                         All teachers of the Tiny Tots, Pre FSL and FSL classes participated in
                         a full day of training and hands-on workshop, which centred around
                         Behaviour Management. Teachers were introduced to the Teaching
                         Pyramid, and then went on to learn about “building positive social
                         and emotional relationships, and managing separation anxiety”.

                         Aspects of the training included “promoting language development”
                         and “social and emotional coaching”. On 4 January, 2024 the FS1
                         and FS2 teachers were trained in social and emotional coaching. The
                         aim of the training was for teachers to be proactive when helping
                         children to  be mindful about their  social interactions,  peer
                         communication, and making friendships. Carefully selected vignettes
                         were chosen during the planning of the workshops. These slides were
                         viewed as part of the teacher training on both days.



                         Overall it was indeed a successful two days with teachers
                         participating in role play, brainstorming buzzes, quizzes, re ections
                         and then giving feedback on how they would utilize what they had
                         learned from the training in their actual  classroom situation.
