Language Day
In celebration of the Arabic World Day, on 18 of
December, the schools of the English Providers
Group of Education have allocated a week of
purposeful and enjoyable activities for children to
perform, in order to ensure that they teach
children the formal Arabic language, and to teach
the basics of reading and writing in Arabic. High
standards, used various modern methods of early
education to make them aware of the importance
of our language because it is the language of the
Qur’an, and is a necessity for learning it so that
they can learn the language in the proper way.
This event included many fun and enjoyable
activities such as designing a crown and wearing
it during the day. To encourage reading and
expression, we asked the children to draw some
drawings that express the most important events
of the stories they listened to, or read with the
family, and to draw their favourite character that
they loved in these stories. The children sang a
song and had a performance in front of their
friends at school. Some of these videos and
photos were uploaded to the English Group’s
Instagram page. The parents were very supportive
and cooperative to our children in making
this day a success.
