For sealing of flanges and surfaces with a small gap of
0.3mm maximum replacement for solid seals.

Colour Green Particularly well suited for applications requiring good wetting, such as
400-600 mPas complicated castings, narrow webs, smooth surfaces, cam boxes and
Viscosity (spindle rpm: 6/2.5) valve covers on multi-valve engines and motorcycle gearbox housings.

Flash Point > 100°C dry. Apply a continuous bead to one side of the flange. Apply the bead to
Shelf Life 1 Year at Room Temperature the inner rim of the flange and completely encircle the bolt holes. Fill any
small imperfections in the surface with adhesive.

Physical Properties (in cured state) Flange sealant can be applied to large flanges with a roller. Assemble
Hand-tight After 15 - 30 minutes flanges and tighten bolts as soon as possible.
Usable After 3 - 6 hours
Final Strength After 6 - 24 hours
