4. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS

The minutes of the Manco meeting held on 21 July 2017 are attached to the agenda.
(Annexure A).

Action: The minutes are included for adoption and signature.

5. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

5.1 (3.1) Drivers on the Bargaining Council Fund

The Manco previously discussed that there were approximately 250 drivers on the
Bargaining council fund that they would like to move across to the Link2Link Umbrella
Provident fund. Mr Tillett advised that an application for exemption would need to be
completed and this would be discussed at the meeting.

Carried Forward: The Manco to discuss the transfer of drivers on the Bargaining Council
to the Link2Link Umbrella Provident Fund.

5.2 (5.3) Section 14 Transfer Sanlam Umbrella Provident Fund

Mr Tillett was requested to obtain details regarding a member (Motsoneng) that still
has a benefit in the Sanlam Umbrella Provident Fund.

Action: Sanlam has confirmed that they require the members banking details to
finalise the members claim.

5.3 (8.2) Medical Requirements

Mr Ferreira requested a detailed list of his underwriting requirements.

6. INVESTMENTS

Assets are invested in the following portfolios.

Action: The Manco is to discuss the Sasfin investment performance in terms of the fund
sheets (Annexure B).
