of that online problem, I now make sure that the orders are placed by following up at the main
                  office.

               3. How do you handle a lot of orders especially during peak seasons?

                  Sample answer:
We have determined our peak seasons, so we make sure that we have more than enough stocks
for this time. We also field in more people at the site and at the office to handle all the incoming
orders. We also use a computer application to monitor the progress of all the orders. We want
to organize things and keep our work efficient and moving.

               1. You are placing an order for 5 sacks of fertilizers from your supplier. Provide
the information below as you place your order.

                 a. date and time of delivery
                 b. other special instructions with regard the fertilizers and their handling
                 c. mode of payment

                  Sample answer:
Hello Linda! I want to place an order of five sacks of fertilizers to be delivered to Golden Sun
Gardens in San Lorenzo. Please make sure that the fertilizers are especially chosen and packed
by Alfred. We trust his expertise and skills in doing this. We also want to request for colored
sacks for our order. Alfred also knows the color coding system that we use for the fertilizers. Tell
him that we’ll be using the same colors again. Also, please advise us on your preferred mode
of payment for this order. We have been sending you a check for our previous transactions. We
can continue with this, but we can also adjust to whatever you want. Thanks again!

               2. You want to apologize to a client because you can’t accommodate any more
order due to a full workload. Think of two specific valid reasons for saying
no to the new order. These reasons have to be consistent with having a full
workload. In closing, provide other options for the client.

                  Sample answer:
Good morning, Ms. Kim. I’m very sorry to inform you that we can’t accommodate your order
anymore. It’s our peak season and our workload is already full. I am afraid that if we still accept
your order we might not be able to assure you of the quality of our items. This is not something
that we cannot afford to risk because we want to take care of our good name in the industry.
Aside from that, I’m also afraid that we might not be able to deliver your order on time because
we have to deliver other orders. I have a suggestion, though, Ma’am. If you could just wait for
two more days, I’m sure that we can accommodate your order by that time. If your need is not
urgent, perhaps, we can still make business after two days. When we do, I can guarantee you
a hundred percent that your orders will be delivered on time in the standard high quality that
                  our company is known for.
