Offi cer: Good morning, Land Transportation Offi ce, May I help you?
Caller: Good morning, I would like to know if my driver’s license is available for pick –up by
now.
Offi cer: Hmm, May I know who’s on the line please so I may check on the computer?
Caller: I’m Denise Guatemala, Ma’am.
Offi cer: When did you have the exam?
Caller: Last week, Madam.

Offi cer: I see, and do you have the claiming stub with you there? Can you check out the date of
pick-up?

Caller: Ma’am actually, I’m supposed to pick it up last 2 days ago, but an offi cer told me to call
again because there was a problem with the machine, so all the licenses can’t be picked up by
that time.
Offi cer: Oh, I see. It says here that it’s already available for pick up. Be sure to bring at least 2
identifi cation cards because it’s our policy here.
Caller: Ok, Ma’am. I wouldn’t forget that. Thanks a lot!
Offi cer: Thank you for calling Land Transportation Offi ce, Good day!
