           DOODLE

hat do you draw when you’ve got a pen and a piece of
paper to hand? Stars? Houses? Flowers? According to
Wleading graphologists, there are hidden meanings
behind our doodles. Here are a few of the ideas. Flowers
are an indication of a friendly, family-centric person.
Stairs or ladders are often symbols of ambition and a desire
to be successful in life. Arrows are a sign of a determined,
ambitious person with a specific goal in mind. Stars are
also signs of goals and objectives in someone’s life. Planes
or boats may indicate a desire to escape or get away to
another place. Butterflies, birds and bees may suggest that
the doodler doesn’t want to be tied down. Names or initials
are common doodles for those who enjoy being the centre
of attention. Squares or boxes are signs of someone who
wants to take control of a situation. Cats are often an
indication of someone with a playful nature. Dots forming a
pattern can indicate an extreme state of anxiety. Spiders’
webs can symbolise a feeling of being trapped, or the desire
to escape from a situation. Hearts are often an indication of a romantic personality, or
may indicate that the doodler is in love. Houses can indicate a need for security. A neat
house suggests a secure home life; an untidy one, or one without windows, may indicate
unhappiness at home. Faces can be a good indication of the mood or character of the
person who has drawn them. Smiling faces suggest the doodler sees good in others. Angry 51
faces could mean that the doodler is mistrustful of others. Comic faces could demonstrate a
desire to be the centre of attention. Next time you doodle, think before you draw – someone
            could be analysing you!
