The Intern Group Semester in Toronto

COURSES & CREDITS

Students may earn 12 INTR credits through CORE, or may Over 30% of
opt to have 4 of their credits count towards their major, with Toronto
permission of the major department.

Students should be aware that a 12-credit load, while full
time status, may put the student behind on overall credits if a language
they do not take an additional 20 credits during the other than
remaining school year.

TRANSPORTATION

Interns will have a private bedroom in shared apartments where they will live with other interns and
international students.

All apartments are equipped with bedding, basic cooking utensils and all have WIFI internet service.

Commutes are typically between 30-60 minutes either walking, by bus or metro.

All participants will receive a
transport pass which will allow
them to travel on Toronto’s
bus and metro system. This
card is charged for the first
month, after which point
students are responsible for
their own transportation costs.
