should be a consideration. COVID-19 has exposed these issues and has made it even more
apparent how important exercise is.
During this uncertain time and while sheltering at home, you have probably decided to
complete a few choirs that have eluded you, or maybe you have taken on new hobbies. Have
you allowed Fitness to escape you? What excuse can you grab that will have a strong argument
as to why Fitness has avoided you. There are valid reasons, and those need no debate, but with
the time served to us, the excuses become nonsense. The vessel our body gifted us needs
cultivating, and there is no room for lack of attention, especially during this atmosphere, stress,
and uneasiness. Exercising can be intimidating first because of the fear of failure in this area of
one's life and second the discomfort and pain associated with applying and lastly the effort,
commitment, and time to satisfy one's goals.
The current environment gives everyone an open field to play in terms of Fitness. There is no
urgency, no competition, no pressure, just an allowance of valuable time to fulfill your desires.
At home, you can dance like it's no one's business; exercising should be the same. One rule just
gets the work done. Consistency, no matter how small, is most important. Continue the path
day after day. Sometimes days, you will travel two miles other days; you will be excited to go
ten miles. Whatever the case, your consistency is a must every day to reach the end of the
path. This approach is reasonable to take a smooth, steady, unencumbered effort. Home gives
way to such a method that lays the ground for success.
The choice to not let Fitness Escape you are yours. Walk the path of success, choosing a fitness
program that works for you. There is no need to force an exercise program that doesn't line up
with your situation or can't adjust to your needs at the time. The diversity and adaptability of a
fitness program should be a consideration with the way COVID-19 is hailing curveballs. The end
of the path is dishonest with a stagnant exercise program. Given the time use if for your
advantage to capture Fitness. Exercise in a way that satisfies you. Just don't stop leave the
excuses locked away.
