MENTAL GRACE
Sports of all kinds and levels have extended a portal through most American's experience in
their past time for entertainment. Now that portal has been temporarily sealed. Sealed off from
expressing talents and abilities athletes, those with high standards are performing mental and
focus training. The wiliness to developmental aptitude and stimulate cognition functioning to
foster quicker reaction, and decision rendering separates these athletes. Watching a sporting
event on any given Sunday, the witness of such superior skill and discipline to mental
consumption would be evident.
