Exceptional Leadership

Uncertain times require exceptional leadership, and the present-day of COVID-19 crises is
extraordinarily uncomfortable and unstable. Leadership should be the calming force in any
organization displaying uncommon humility, strength, compassion, and courage to forge
forward to the future, accepting the instability of the current situation as combustion. Leaders
that see themselves as a tool to better the people in their organization through a meaningful
partnership will achieve these unique characteristics. Decisions made by leaders become
