Remission of time, an athlete that displays these high standards and utilizes the process of
               mental all-encompassing focus training, is what thrills onlookers during competition. While the
               average athlete during this downtime of COVID-19 has adopted video games and continues to
               forge forward with some sort of physical training and conditioning, they have chosen to neglect
               focus and mental training. The most crucial aspect of any sport is the mental game and the
               capacity to hold concentration for the duration of the game. Mistakes, be it physical or mental,
               comes down to an athlete's ability thought pressures of competition to capture Mental Grace.
               They are exercising the mental capacity to embrace the good and bad that may occur during a
               game and excelling because of the various events—executing abilities to limit emotional
               controls.

               These abilities of Mental Grace are ingrained over periods of deliberate, concise training.
               Athletes that formulate systems and processes to accomplish such a goal are instilling habits for

               mental capacity to elevate physical abilities to impact the game. An athlete's ability to be still,
               be present during each moment during the competition, is what makes the game slow down,
               while their skills present superior.

               Producing exceptional skills for the duration of any competition requires discipline habitual
