• Integrate operator into all stages of the development process – A Collaborative Effort.

• Ensure legal & regulatory compliance of all developments in order to protect life and

property.

• Enhance the Schedule of Project Requirements (SOPR) - (part of the formal contract

with the main contractor) to introduce the necessary operator requirements.

• Establish the correct documentary and procedural methodology for each development.

• Maximize the systematic and collective collaboration between all parties with the

combined aim for a “defect free” development.

• Train the operator with the experience of the development team to enhance transition

and performance.

• Enhance customer loyalty & prevent brand damage by not handing over incomplete /

unfinished projects.

• Measure customer satisfaction of the handovers and occupation.
