You will also have a wonderful opportunity to enter our Christmas competition, where you choose your prize.\u000A Team News\u000ANew Homes, New Tenants\u000AThe final quarter of this year has been hugely successful in our completion of over 60 new homes for tenants in Cavan and Louth. Our collaborative cross- department working practices in NEHA facilitated the delivery of these new properties ensuring people have access to their new homes before the end of the year.\u000AAs always, we are delighted to welcome our new tenants to North and East Housing Association.\u000A We do not have any new NEHA team members to introduce since our Autumn newsletter, but there have been a few exciting changes within our Tenant Services and Engagement Team. Ivan (HO) has moved into the role of Tenant Engagement Lead, and Joanne (TSD) has stepped into a Housing Officer position. These changes took effect from 3rd November and will continue for the next six months.\u000AWe are sure you will all join us in wishing Ivan and Joanne every success as they settle into their new roles.\u000A 1\u000A
