GENERAL RULES
          In addition to the Incentive Program Rules listed on previous page,all WCS Club
          Awards must:
             1.  Be earned in sequence, except for Quarterly WCS Clubs.
            2.     Be earned within their designated time frame. No extensions for leaves
                 of absence are allowed.
            3.   In the WCS Clubs, all policy/product lines count toward the award.
            4.     For the purpose of the WCS Clubs, a “New Customer” is defined as a
                 customer that does not currently have a policy with Combined Insurance
                 OR has not had an active policy with-in the last 365 days. Any additional
                 policies written for that customer within six months of the date of the initial
                 application will also be compensated as a “New Customer” for the original
                 writing Agent.
            5.   APV is based on submitted except for those indicated as issued APV.
            6.     A salesperson can earn an award in a shorter time frame than stipulated,
                 but cannot take longer.
             7.    Once an award is earned, production toward earning the award at the next
                 level will not begin until the start of the next week.
            8.     Quarterly Awards are based on results achieved during a standard calendar
                 quarter, with the exception of the Winners Club for New Agents.



          OTHER WCS CLUB AWARDS RULES
          RE-HIRES: REGARDING ALL WCS AWARDS CLUBS … Salespeople who return
          to Combined Insurance within one year after their date of termination are eligible
          to be reinstated in the WCS Achievement Clubs subject to the approval of their
          Regional Director. If their leave of absence from the company has been in excess
          of one year, they must start over, beginning with their Initial Award in the WCS
          Achievement Clubs.


     US CORE — WCS Achievement Club  Field training conducted by a manager counts toward awards for both the manager
          FIELD TRAINING RULE:


          and the New Agent who is in his or her first 26 weeks during the same week, then
          the field training production from each New Agent qualifies. All field training must be
          reported to the divisional office on a field training report the Monday after the field
          training to qualify for awards.
