Does Cypress Bend offer an option for a Bridal Tea or Luncheon?
Kick off your festivities with a special Bridal Party welcome, an ideal way to thank them for being
an important part of your special day. From a “spirited” afternoon tea with specialty cocktails to a
champagne reception with one-bite hors d’oeuveres, there is a range of options to greet your bridal
party in style.

Do you offer getting ready menu options before the event?
From breakfast and lunch buffets to light bites and refreshments, our talented culinary team will
ensure your wedding party is well looked after throughout your special day.

Can I do a late-night snack for my guests at the bar after my event?
Yes, you can! We can accommodate to you and your guest needs. Please refer to our Bridal Bites
Menu for more detailed information on packages offered.

Do you offer a day-after brunch for our guests?
A post-wedding Brunch is a wonderful way to wind down the festivities, thanking guests for
attending and spending extra quality time with loved ones. Ask your wedding coordinator for a
sample day-after brunch menu.

What if I also want to rent the fire pit for a smore’s buffet at my wedding?
If you choose to rent the fire pit for your wedding event it will cost $150 for the fire-pit rental for
the event and an additional $5 per person for the a la carte smores bar station.

How many security guards will I have to hire for my wedding event?
In accordance with state law every event will require a minimum of 2 security guards per event.

Is there a minimum number of hours we need for the bar services?
Yes, we require a 3-hour minimum for any bar services (Sponsored or Cash Bar) that are used for
the event.

Is there a minimum number of guest rooms required to receive a discounted group rate?
Yes, we required a minimum rental of 10 guest rooms in order to receive a group rate discount for
your guest’s rooms.
