SERVICE CHARGE FEES:
Total pricing of all venue rental, food and beverages costs will incur a 22% service charge that will
be included to the Master Bill.

RESORT DOES NOT PROVIDE:
• Specialty Linens (Chair covers, floor length table cloths, overlays, etc.
• Specialty Serving ware – Cake server/ cutter, china, stemware, etc.
• Cake Cutting Service
• Décor (Centerpieces, etc.)
• Entertainment (Approved by Resort)
• Photographer/ Videographer
• Security Guards

MISCELLANEOUS:
Use of paper confetti pieces, rose petals, and glitter and are strictly prohibited from use at any
point during the event. If these items are used during your event a minimum clean-up free of
$350 will be assessed.

Removal of any resort furnishings in venue area may be arranged with your event manager but
must be performed by a licensed professional at a cost born by the guest only with explicit written
approval from the hotel management. All event spaces must be returned to the hotel in a clean,
undamaged state, with all hotel decorations, lighting, drapery etc. back in its original place at the
end of the function. Failure to do so at the conclusion of the event will result in the assessment of
labor and clean-up fees.
